There was an air strike alert in most cities of Ukraine. Today a new round of talks between the delegations of the two countries is starting in Istanbul. President Zelensky has said that Ukraine is ready to play the role of a neutral country with security guarantees. The question arises that what does Putin want to do, does he want to experiment with Korea with Ukraine.
